Good question, thanks for asking.  First, this site is has not officially launched and you are viewing a "Preview" version.  We are currently building some new functionality and developing a lot more content.

Furthermore, this is not our old site (www.GayTallahassee.com).  We have re-branded it to www.GayTally.com.  This site is a gay party/event and travel guide for the Gulf Coast and S.E. Regions. Although we are based in Tallahassee and will have much more content just for the TLH area, we also serve many other nearby cities such as Dothan, Valdosta, Mobile, Jacksonville, Gainesville, Panama City/Beach, Pensacola, etc. 

Stay tuned for more information about our official web launch and launch party.  Everything should be more clear as we continue to publish more content about the site.

The Roll Call pictures are located here: http://www.gaytally.com/rayn-ultralounge-basic-training-roll-call . We don't publish on Carl's schedule, but will have a faster turn-around time in the future (after we officially launch the site).  

I'm not exactly sure what your asking about with Carl.  We enjoy working with Carl and look forward to many endeavours together in the future.  We did not ask for him not to take pictures at this event.   You need to speak with the party promoters or Carl if you feel that's any of your business.
